How to return an item?

How do you return an item and get a refund?

If the product does not match your expectations, you have to return it within 30 working days from the receiving by post to :

 The return parcel must be in its original state and complete (packing, accessories...) and come with a copy of the invoice and the return sheet duly filled up.

Any incomplete, damaged or soiled product will not be accepted.

Note that you'll have to cover any transport expense.

Please pay attention to keep the receipt that will be handed to you by the post office.

How much time do I have to return my order?

Can I get an exchange?

If you wish to exchange an item, you have to return it  first and then place a new order.
