FREE SHIPPING
You have the choice between 2 shipping options: standard and express shipping by the French national post office company La Poste. For standard shipping within France you can choose between Mondial Relay, Colissimo or express shipping via Chronopost.
Shipping rates are based on the delivery location and method. 
30-DAY RETURN
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 30 days after receiving your parcel to send it back to us. As soon as we received it back it might take up to 3 business days to get your refund. If you reside within France, you have the possibility to return your order free of charge with a Mondial Relay return voucher. For deliveries abroad (outside of France), return costs are at the expense of the customer.

Shopping for a gift? Let us take care of the gift wrapping! In the second step of your shopping cart, you have the choice to add a free Edisac gift bag or luxury gift box by clicking on the appropriate link. You also have the possibility to add a personalized message. The invoice of your order will not be placed inside the parcel, so you can send a gift directly to the recipient. The invoice will be sent to you be mail, and it will also be available in your Edisac account.
